- It is a small tank, usually made of iron or staless, usualy placed below the tanks of raw materials for factories, it feeds (usually) from up by screw conveyors and dischares from bottom by slide gate.
- Its role is limited to the weight of raw materials and products, and it has many sizes, the most used of which are 1000 kg and 2000 kg.
- Its fulcrums are weight cells with the required capacities connected to a PLC unit that controls the weighing calibration.
