Crumbler

  • It is a machine that grinds (breaks up) the grains into small particles such as (corn, soybean and the final feed product…).
  • The crumbler consists of one or two pairs of rotating cylinders (rollers) of different speeds to ensure the highest efficiency of the crumbler.
  • The crumbler is equipped with the feature of passing the product through an internal transfer gate without cracking.
  • The rolls are automatically or manually controlled according to the volume to be produced.
    Feeding is carried out by means of an upper rotor along the length of the shredder in a manner that ensures the homogeneity of the product.
  • It is designed by a low level of noise, as well as low vibration.
    Equipped with non-stop taking samples to assist in the continuous follow-up process.
